From Undergrad to After Grad is a 5-week, 5-part career coaching program designed to help university students uncover their answers to some key questions about their future.

Joining the program means you'll be claiming your spot in an intimate circle of like-minded students who will discuss and be coached around the following five topics during weekly, 75-minute calls:

·         Call #1 (Wednesday, January 8th) – Career Development: what will you do after university?

·         Call #2 (Wednesday, January 15th) – Leadership Development: what kind of leader do you want to be?

·         Call #3 (Wednesday, January 22nd) – Time Management & Life Balance: how can you most effectively invest my time?

·         Call #4 (Wednesday, January 29th) – Communication & Interpersonal Skills: how can you better relate to and communicate with other people?

·         Call #5 (Wednesday, February 5th) – Group’s Choice: based on idea submissions from students, the most-voted topic will be discussed.

The group’s choice of topic for Call #5 makes each cohort's experience unique.

Some of the topics that may be brought up include (but aren’t limited to): interviewing skills, networking, public speaking, effective written communication, building a platform, etc. The group will decide in advance what they’d like to address, and the coach will research (if needed) and prepare content based on the selection made.

In addition to the five group calls, you will receive a 60-minute, 1:1 follow-up coaching call to help tackle any outstanding questions or concerns you may have after the group program wraps up. ($250.00 value)

Coaching calls are run over Zoom’s video calling platform. All participants will require a computer and internet access in order to take part in live-online calls.
